(Client) Missing Summoner Icon. Koi Nami Icon.

Hi, I'm sure this sometimes gets said alot but, as I was looking through my summoner icons, I noticed one icon wasn't where it was suppose to be and I remember buying when it came out. Koi Nami Icon. relatively, I see it, but right now I don't. so... did the new patch remove it by accident or am I just really not seeing it? and no, I'm not mistaking any other account I have, I only have one. so... thoughts or any idea why it disappeared out of the blue? I would appreciate it and wait to hear from you.
