[GAMEPLAY] Unable to use any active skill

Playing on Nautilus. After a short disconnect (switching networks because of ping), I was unable to use any of my skills and actives. I did not close the client, only disconnected and reconnected. Picture attached as shown. Needless to say, I lost the game xd Thank you very much!
