[CLIENT][GAMEPLAY] Black Screen after Champion Select

So after my BR4 promos had the most epic Anime Comeback ever, I can now no longer load into any game. Ranked, Norms, AI, even a private game. After champion select, the game loads up with the little League logo, then goes to the loading screen we all know and love but goes black instead, and the app hangs (aka spinny curser, app stops using much RAM, just sits there doing nothing).

This cost me to lose a ranked game, (thankfully not enough to demote me again or else this message would not be very kind in nature), but still means it cost other people a game.

Nothing has changed about my setup for the last year and I play on OCE, NA and EUW, so it's nothing on my end, with the exception of perhaps game file corruption.

I know Riot probably never responds to these forums but if there's any word as to what causes these issues (it's been around for years, I've only just now got it) I'd like to know.

The client was not closed between my promotion game and the game in which it bugged, merely a few minutes go by. restarting everything does nothing, it's still the same.
