very upset bc i was permanently restricted due to inactivity

I want my account back ive spent money and haven't played in quite sometime but to make me go through searching my account name then redoing password and then install game is messed up since after game installed and I try to sign in it says permanently restricted I mean wtf........... I will blast this on every social media site I can find if I cannot recover my account.
