I always thought they cared. i thought this new remake system was to make every game fair. but when someone in your party dc from game, you take the same penalty. Keep in mind i am gold 4 and it says diamond and above. riot fix this. why am i to blame if something irl happens to my teammate that you cant control. i would like explanation rito. and fast. from, haloshark
Did you afk or otherwise just stand around in the base for a good portion of that time leading up to the vote?
What were you doing while waiting to remake the game? Were you just standing in base? If you were, then you were marked as AFK by Leaverbuster, and anyone marked as AFK when a game is remade will take the penalty.
You voluntarily queued together with someone who then went afk. So you get a penalty. Sounds about right. Just don't queue with leavers, problem solved.
