TWC (Time Warner Cable) Customers Info

I have been speaking to TWC for the past hour or so, I had spoken to about 5-6 different people. The first person I got on the phone was a guy who told me that he knew about issues regarding the Texas servers. After I got transferred I also opened up a chat support box on TWC site and I have the transcript of trying to figure out what the issue was and how to get it fixed. TWC says since it's only one game that more then likely they won't look into the issue since its only affecting LoL.

Sorry guys I tried and gave them the link to the forums so they can see all the complaints and problems, I also told them everything that you people were saying on here.

But TWC said for now we have to just wait and see if the problem fixes itself....

Because it's not TWC issue. It's a Riot issue.

It's been happening to MANY people since patch 5.13 and even more since the latest patch, 5.14.

Riot needs to start focusing on the REAL issues of the game.

I live in Texas with TWC and I don't have any problems other than the occasional ping spike that happens randomly; but since its still affecting a lot of people I say "RITO PLS."
