[INTERFACE] Interface bug where multiple things don't appear correctly in game.

The champion doesn't seem to matter with this bug also I can't find a way to provoke it, it just kinda happens.

When entering a game on The Twisted Treeline or Summoners rift (I don't play Dominion so it might happen there too) your HP bar is black although the white line and the numbers of the HP are still correct it flashes red if you take any damage as if you were at 1 HP, the numbers for your items are gone* and the boxes for the Jungle camps (so Bluebuff, Redbuff, Dragon and Baron) are gone although the timers/icons are still present.

This has happened to a friend of mine and myself, it doesn't make it harder to play per say nut it kinda makes it confusing when taking damage or trying to use an active item.

• Note: I have what would be item 6 and item 7 bound to my mouse keys so they do not appear usually anyway.
