I had over 1400 Riot Points and I purchased a Singed Skin on Sale after buying singed with IP (Doubled checked that I used IP to buy singed) and after the purchase, i went down to 459 Riot Points. Reporting scam. Due to this, I cannot purchase other skins on sale. Please give me all my RP back, i want the 1400+ back on my account. This is illegal. 18 U.S.C. § 506 No Electronic Theft Act.
Write a support ticket and let us know if they resolve it for you. We'll bump the thread and upvote it to make Riot aware of the issue.

Assuming this is true, hope it gets fixed soon. Lately the store has been buggy as hell so I wouldn't be surprised.
why should you get back the RP you used to buy the singed skin? you cant buy skins with RP...
