a frequent bug of Swain

In each game with Swain , after he is slaimed(after the crow on his shoulder fly away), there will be one or more small crows which in shape of his ult flying beteewn his base and enermy. This could be easy noticed if he died with ult on. I think it could make some confusedness such as useing zhongya's when someone only left little little health although that crow does not has damage at all*[zombie-brand-mindblown]* . Is this situation a bug? I wish it can be fixed.
