MF classic skin W active is wrong
Played a game of ARAM as MF default skin. Was at 1.43 aps normally, when activating a level 5 W (supposed to grant 60% attack speed), it only went to 1.83, or somewhere around 30% attack speed.

This is not a bug. When you gain bonus attack speed, the bonus attack speed you gain is based off your champion's base attack speed, not the current attack speed you have. In Miss Fortune's case, her base attack speed is 0.656, so if you gain 60% attack speed from her W, you gain 60% of 0.656, which is 0.3936. If you add this to the 1.43 you had, you would get 1.8236, which would be displayed as either 1.82 or 1.83 attack speed.
