Patcher won't do the job it was created for

The old LoL client did not: freeze every fucking time I click on anything, crash sporadically, or get stuck at 33 percent for 4 HOURS like this. replace this trash new client with norton anti virus and watch them both do the same thing: absolutely nothing......
