New Fizz Q Bug

In Patch 5.1 the fix to the fizz q sheen proc has introduced a new bug or an intended fix. If fizz Q's a champion in the middle of a movement ability in the same direction as the strike it does no damage. Essentially I think what is happening is that fizz much physically pass though the champion to deal the damage. It's incredibly frustrating seeing a low health Caitlin net away from you while you Q and deal ZERO damage to her. If this was an intended change then you've just made the champion unplayable in my opinion.
