Bug Soraka ARAM

I want to report that there is a bug with soraka in ARAM. I played with 2 friends on aram me on 1 team with Soraka and Caitlynn. They were in the other team also with a Soraka. The Soraka bot's were both set on intermediate difficulty and when the Soraka was around 30% of her health she just stood still and only moved again if she had around 1% of her health. This happened everytime she respawned and I didn't see once that this problem did not accure. We were playing a custom game with all settings normal for ARAM. I hope I helped you out finding a bug.
