cgD3D9.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.

Hey everyone, hopefully someone can offer a solution to my problems. It seems as if almost every time a new league patch comes through I get some new error. The most recent patch has come up with a new error when the game is loading (after champion selection). The title of the error says "Bad Image" and in the description it says deploy\cgD3D9.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. If anyone have a solution for this it would be greatly appreciated. Between this and my last error, i've had to remake several games.
