[Client] First Win of the Day bonus not granted, intial 400 RP not granted.

[Client] First Win of the Day (FWotD) IP bonus not granted to a brand new account on certain condiitons.

1. Create Brand New Account (sn: technicalviking)
2. Select "Expert" experience level on first login
3. Decline offer to train with bots.
4. Do not select level 1 mastery point
5. Play Summoners Rift game vs Intermediate AI with any available character (Solo)
6. Win after 20 minutes.
7. Repeat on Day 2.

Expected Behavior - First win of the day bonus should be granted after first game.

Actual Behavior - First Win of the day isn't granted

FURTHER TESTING:

8. On Day 2, After first intermediate AI win, join "Beginner AI" game (solo).
9. Win after 20 minutes.
10. Notice that NOW the first win of the day is awarded.

Summary First Win of the Day seems to have some logic between summoner level and gameplay mode selected. It shouldn't.
