Galio/Cassiopeia Bug [GAMEPLAY]

Galio's bulkwark ( W ) does not proc off of Cassiopeia's poison. I.E. it does no healing. I tested this multiple times throughout the game I discovered it in ( I shielded an ally affected by the poison and it did not heal me at all and the same thing happened when I shielded myself). I tested this out in a custom game and got the same result every time. Very easy to repeat, just need Galio to use his W when he is poisoned by Cassiopeia.

EDIT: I noticed that Fizz's DoT from his seastone trident wasn't proccing bulkwark either either. Also easily repeatable.
