GAME FREEZES DURING LOADING SCREEN, FIX THIS

For the past month or so me and SEVERAL other players in champ select have been reporting a massive ammount of remakes due to a single player never connecting to the game. Only a while after did i realize why they never connect, because I run into the issue several times after. Every couple of games champ select connects fine, but immediately after when the game starts loading with the player cards, the client, as well as the entire computer freezes and stops loading anything. You cant move your mouse, you cant press the windows key, you cant ctrl alt delete out of it, you cannot do anything, Your only 2 options are staring at the frozen screen or shutting down your pc. When doing so, you cant reconnect to the game, the option isnt there at all. You're told the game is still in progress but you wont be getting back into it any time soon. Enjoy your LP loss. This has been happening for a WHILE and no hotfix or even acknowledgement that its happening from what i can see. I just wanna play league man lmao lemme cliiiimb. If im gonna lose LP at least let it be because I connected properly but didnt win the match dont do this to me
