New Champion Select Freezing

Every once in a while when I champion select with the new normal draft, the draft will freeze up. Basically a person several turns before me will finish there selection but on my screen the timer will continue to count down to zero, then sit at zero for a few minutes. Meanwhile the champion select continues for everyone else. This means I always get kicked from the game because I can't selected (much less see) when it my turn.
