Client
When i am in champion select , i can`t pick my masteries and i have to play without or with that i palyed last game . i restarded client again and agian and sitll happens .. image

I've seen this happen to someone else and TBH idk what causes it, have you tried repairing the client through the options before you sign in? are you on the legacy client or the new one... I'm assuming the new one. Also the image does not really help with this, if you had shown a picture that showed your masteries being missing maybe but that appears to be missing from that picture
