Champion Select Bug?

So i was banning the 3 champions of my choice, after that they needed their last ban he never chose so it went to 0 and never told me it was my turn to choose a champ and it stayed on their 3/3 ban... then it just kicks me saying i failed to choose a champion. Sorry bad English. Now i have to wait 5 minutes gg lol jk i dont mind but seriously. That just happened.
