League of Legends Won't Launch/Start up. Need New Solutions.

I've ran it in Administrator. I've deleted the files in the Local Drive C and restarted. I've restarted the client over 100's of times. I ran comparability mode and troubleshooted. I've reinstalled the game three times now. And I switched out the adobe air file as well. Went into task manager and checked for any "ghost" files running the game so I can terminate them. Nothing. I have used the command prompt to refresh my ip, and I have cleaned out my registry. Game worked like a charm before 5.16. I've done everything I could after extensive search through the forums. I know it's not that my computer is outdated because I can run all games on ultra settings, no lag or performance drops. I've filed a support ticket and I haven't heard back yet either because of the billions of tickets ahead of me. I had the game to work for about three games, but every game I'd have to log back in, and now the launcher won't even work.

Also I'm running on windows 10 now. So that might be a problem? But the game worked before while I was running 10. I don't know. I've done all that I can.

Beyond frustrated that I've done everything and my league client won't even launch. If you find a solution or can upvote this I'd appreciate it. This is a major problem. I just want to play League.
