FIREWALL BUG SOLUTION working 100% for some!!

Hello everyone
Many people have been experiencing a bug where, after champion select, league is unable to connect and says there is a "firewall" problem.
I know not everyone experiencing this problem is Canadian or using Rogers as their ISP, but we have found one solution for this problem. Even if you are not Canadian/using Rogers, check out this fix and perhaps it could give some insight to your own situation!!
It turns out that there was an incompatibility for some Rogers customers in Canada who switched to the new Hitron CGN3ACSMR Modem for the Rogers IGNITE internet service. If you use Rogers and use their IGNITE package, then you probably have this new modem.
THE SOLUTION: A new firmware had to be requested from Rogers for the modem. Everyone who was pushed this new firmware update has had league working fine, without any firewall problems after champ select. Go to the thread below if you are a Rogers customer and need this new firmware. Read the post by RogersAsif (message #196) about how to request the update. I believe they eventually will push this update to everyone in the future.
The firmware # is 4.5.8.16 so if you don't have that when you go into your router admin page then you don't have that update.

RITO -- my level in game is 28 but in boards it says I'm only level 4 and not allowed to post. Please fix this. I have to ask my friend to post this in my stead o(-`д´- ｡) But firewall error first please.
