Audio-only, stuck at spawning screen - No players/minions visible

[CRASH] Only-Audio present throughout entire game, screen locked on spawn with NO players/minions visible.

When playing Kha-Zix on Summoner's Rift, I was unable to play the game as the game loaded. I remain, as we speak, staring at the spawn behind my nexus able to hear audio from the other players, but unable to see players or minions on the mini-map or otherwise.

That said, I have seen some flourishes of animation occur when someone spawns (a tiny little flash of white light). This bug occurred right after I had disconnected during the loading AFTER champion selection. Then I reconnected and the game failed to fully start. I was sitting at spawn, able to chat and ping, but do nothing else.

Finally, the game booted me for inactivity and I reconnected successfully.
