PBE Akali Twilight Shroud (W) bug

So I was playing Akali on the PBE server just like a normal day and as I started to engage, League would crash. I went back online and engaged in a fight and it crashed again. Later I realized that whenever I used my Twilight Shroud (W) as Akali, the game would crash. So basically Akali was unplayable for her W is a main skill that you must frequently use. This happened 7 times in a row so it really got me frustrated... [sg-ahri-1]
