During a game the opposing singed was able to swap ignite to teleport and teleport back to ignite in 12 seconds. I tried to copy it in the practice tool but was unable to do so. is this a bug or do I just not know how to do it?
When you used the new spellbook, you start with two initial summoner spells that you keep for the entire duration of the game
If you use one of them and swap, your initial summoner spell goes on CD in the background If you swap spells it reverts it back to your initial summoner spell after you use it
Like if you start with Flash/Ignite, those are the spells you have for the rest of the game
If you use ignite, swap to teleport, then TP into lane, it will switch back to ignite after it's done
