Blackfire Torch

Blackfire Torch is still occurring in bot builds.

So far only seen this in Twisted Treeline (haven't had a long enough game in SR to see any bots build that far) - most noticeably on Cassiopeia and Morgana. Occurs in game, however doesn't show up in post-game stats or match history display.
