League Client not installing

After the 9.3 patch, my league client wouldn't let me log in telling me I have no internet connection I reinstalled it, but after that the league client wasn't even installing, it just opens and the bar doesn't load at all I've tryed to reinstall it a couple of times I tryed to reset my computer I tryed to run it as administrator Any ideeas? I Haven't played league in two days and I'm kinda desperate xD Rly now, does anybody know what's up? Riot hasn't responded yet
