Annoying Graphic Glitch on Client (Mac)

Im on a mac computer, and I'm dealing with these annoying graphic issues. They arent super important, since all the buttons are still there, but it is a little annoying. They are always there, so reproducing it isn't hard. The loading screen just starts that way, and the main client menu will turn that way after a little navigation. (That way should be evidence of what is included in the screenshots that should accompany this.)
