[GAME] Blind doesn't affect Fiora's Ult

I picked Teemo to counter the enemy's Fiora. I normally go Jax, but we needed the AP since every other role was an AD champ. But that's irrelevent.

After zoning her and winning lane for early game, we noticed around lvl 7 or 8 that Fiora's ult was still hitting me even as she was blinded. This quickly turned things in her favor, obviously, as Teemo can't do a thing if he can't blind. It's kind of the key to his kit, as much as everybody hates it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Pick Teemo.
2. Lane against a Fiora.
3. Q her right before she activates ult.
4. Cry as you watch your health bar drop. 5)???
5. Cry some more as you watch Fiora get all the profit.

I don't have any screenshots or video to include, and it only happened one game. But it stung enough that I won't be picking Teemo against a Fiora any time soon, unless this gets addressed or I do some testing myself in custom games.
