{GAMEPLAY} Kayn Buying Items in the New Season

Anytime that I play Kayn there is a Bug in where, I can only buy Tier 2 Items but not the full Item. Sometimes I cant even Buy the Tier 2 Item. I will have enough Gold to buy an Item but the shop will not let me buy an Item.
