Patch 6.5 Champion Select Black Screen

So, just recently, I downloaded the update that added Hextech Crafting.

My game seemed absolutely fine. I opened my first chest, unlocked the skin, and then changed up some of my masteries.

My friends were online and asked me to play. They sent me an invite to a custom lobby, and I accepted. Once all of us were ready, they started the match.

Normally, after a slight delay, the Champion Select screen should appear. This time, however, I was greeted by an unchanging black screen. I had access to my friends list and everything, but I couldn't load in.

I tried disabling my firewall and it didn't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it worked for two matches. I tried to play last night and it happened again.
