[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo's Q stacks sometimes don't reset when he ults

The tooltip on Yasuo's ult clearly states that casting Last Breath resets Q stacks. When I was messing around in Practice Tool, however, I found that this sometimes didn't happen. This allows Yasuo to do a fancy combo and have his 3rd Q ready right when he finishes ulting. You can only do this if you have enough attack speed to minimize the cooldown on Yasuo's Q.

1. Hit Q twice to prepare knockup.
2. Fire skillshot version of Q (tornado) from about max range.
3. While the enemy is knocked up, E->Q them and cast ult.
4. By the time you and the opponent hit the ground, your Q will be back off cooldown, so cast it again. Your knockup will be primed again.

Sometimes this doesn't work; you can do the combo correctly and the knockup won't be primed when you finish the combo. Additionally, if I Q'd without casting E first it never worked. Also, I've only done this in practice tool, so I don't know if it's a bug with practice tool or if it's in other queues as well.

Still, this combo was the reason that Riot made Yasuo's R reset Q stacks in the first place. So, I think it's worth looking at.
