[GAMEPLAY] Anivia's skillshots cause her to move.

This is something I just noticed--when Anivia fires her skillshot in pvp, it seems to cause her to try to move to get a clear shot past any enemy minions. Telling her to make the shot again does not cause her to stop moving, and moving in the meantime (say, out of the way of incoming fire) causes the shot to cancel. This is a real problem--Anivia's flash frost shot moves slowly enough that it is very difficult to hit an alert player anyway, even without such an obvious telegraph that I'm about to fire. I have not noticed that this happens on the bot matches, but it seems to happen EVERY time I try to make the shot in PvP, almost to the point where it she becomes effectively impossible to play effectively. Seriously. Anivia's flash frost is a great skill, that drives the other side bonkers, but if I telegraph it that obviously, it becomes effectively useless.
