cannot watch all-star VODs, page doesn't load

title! want to complete the mission but got nothing the last time i watched a live game and right now it's showing a rebroadcast which also apparently doesn't count towards the mission reward. the VODs page for any game doesn't load, for example this one https://watch.na.lolesports.com/vod/101157821683528366/1 is just empty. the dashboard type thing at the top and bottom of the screen remains but no video loads. anyone else been getting this?
