"Active game not found" bug

In some instances where I accept games, I will be removed from queue and the notification "Active game not found" will show. This is not necessarily game breaking, but can be especially annoying for perhaps people with longer queues (namely, higher elo players) or especially people like me with 20 minute low priority queue, and have to restart. I know low priority queue users are not necessarily the demographic ur aiming to accommodate for, but it is a bug I have experienced in and out of low priority queue, and sourcing the problem could potentially uncover other issues with the game code.
