Unable to edit / modify runes in Champ Select

Came across this glitch when i attempted to create and edit a rune page.
There's an 'x' at the top corner but it did not allow me to edit my rune page.

When i press an icon to edit run page, my client freezes and i can' t even lock in champion.
Same thing happened to me. I fixed it by repairing my client in the options.
This happened to me when someone dodged while I was editing runes and made an invalid page
