[New Client] Ranked Champion Select- Won't let me ban a champion, only pick a champion.

This is the second time it happened to me in ranked where in the banning phase, I can pick a champion to ban but I can't press 'Ban' as it is just grayed out. It is just annoying me and I lose LP from it because of the dodge. It doesn't happen often but it is still a pain in the ass.
