Skarner Bug
After Skarner ults zac it immediately stops as if he qssed it even though he never uses it or has it Skarner is bugged atm and cant ult zac at all So is anivia egg it will immediately cancel that too

Same bug happened for me today, but it was a Kalista who had purchased a Guardian Angel. Every single time I ulted her, it would play the skarner sound "Now I've got you!!" but then nothing would happen. Just as if she instantly QSSed. This happened at least 4 times in our game, and all were after she purchased GA. GA never actually triggered during these actions, I'm just mentioning it because it seems possibly related to the zac/anivia thing mentioned above.
I've noticed another bug, Skarner hasn't been reverted yet. Is anyone else having this issue?
