[GAMEPLAY] Gragas Q Bug

So i was playing Gragas jungle, it was mid-late game and i went for the wolves camp and when i tossed my Q, it disappeared mid-roll. I couldnt reactivate it to explode or anything and on top of that, i couldnt toss my Q again till my death. I have only encountered this bug once since i dont play Gragas that much. I think Riot has encountered this similar of bug before where Gragas Q disappeared mid-roll everytime he threw one. Unfortunately i dont have a demo to show evidence of this bug occuring
