I'm logged on but get the message "Logging onto chat services" as if the client had just started.

Took me like 3 attempts to log in and my chat won't connect either. Riot's client gets shittier and shittier with each patch.

Its even affecting pre-game lobby. I cant even talk with the other players because of this.
