Cant ban or lock in during champ select (client)

So thats bullshyt that i get a 30 minute ban from joining games for a bug. I went into champ select picked my ban, wouldnt let me confirm it, sat there nothing happened for 5 minutes, it automatically kicked me out of that champ select, i cancel queue, did this twice same process. And the second time i have a 30 minute ban, ok riot gotcha
