[GAMEPLAY] Runes problem , I buy runes and it's duplicated !!!

hi to all admins ,,, i store my influence point (IP) till i get lvl 30 i had 19417 IP i buy runes 9Greater Mark of Attack Damage +9Greater Glyph of Magic Resist +9Greater Seal of Armor +3Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage the cost = 8610 IP the rest should be 19417-8610 = 10807 , i found them 7117 IP in Purchases list it seems that i buy Greater Mark of Attack Damage and Greater Glyph of Magic Resist twice in same time i do have only 9 of each i mentioned before and not 18 and in the system i can't buy more than 9 and those item are not refundable , i tried to close the game and open it several times . and play a game nothing change so i need to get my ip back thanks

Good catch, glad you were paying attention! Maybe submit a support ticket? Where do you check your purchase history, I should check mine tonight then!

from main page ( store ) , scroll down under runes ( to the end ) you will find purchase

another question is there any admin here who could help or i just put the topic and normal players with high game experience will answer me ?

If you log out and log back in, does it still show the wrong value?

This happened to me once when buying a skin (or maybe a champion, I dunno). It charged me twice for my purchase. When I logged out and logged back in, my account showed the proper number of points -- in reality it charged me once, but it looked like it had charged me twice until I relogged.

If you're sure you're missing IP, explain what happened in a support ticket here: https://support.leagueoflegends.com/anonymous_requests/new (If you register an account over there, then you can track your ticket)

Can you please open a support ticket, they can help you investigate why you are seeing this and refund the correct amount of IP if there is an issue.
