So i was playing Kindred and i get my passive stacks off jungle creeps but when i mark someone and get the kill or assist i don't get a stack but my passive goes on cd and i cant mark anyone else also the stack is still on the enemy that i placed it on before they died

could be you killed them before the timer was done.

It has a bit of a timer on it, so if you kill them before it finishes marking, you don't get it, and still have to kill them
