Patch:5.10 My Yasuo Ult Wont Work, I Press My ult key, reset controls to normal, no difference

omg, whenever i try to use my yasuo ult, it doesnt work, i spam my r, i reset controlls and my ping isnt even that bad, it still doesnt work, im one cm in my screen from the knocked up person(in range) and it still wont ult. THE screen even shows that my r is available thus it is in full color. Someone help me pls :(
