Game won't load when at 100%

The client would load to 100% but on some occasions the game refuses to start. On some occasions it'll randomly throw me into the match, and by then five minutes done past by. And sometime the game doesn't open at all and I can't close the client, my window button doesn't work or esc. Eventually, if the client doesn't load it closes and give me the option to reconnect cause the match still going. But if I do that it just loops and closes when the team finally ff early due to missing member.

At first I thought this was harmless, would restart my laptop and that would fix it for a bit. But the game reads this as dodging or leaving. And currently I have to wait 20 minutes for five god damn matches. Like I said this isn't a thing that occurs alot but it keeps getting me leavebuster penalty and I don't like that. A typical LoL match takes at least 20-30 minutes, so I have to wait 20 minutes now and then go through a thirty minute match. Sigh.

Please fix this. I should of reported this sooner.
