Upgraded Skin Shard to Skin Permanent But Did NOT Get The Skin

I've just received a chest, i had a key too so i opened it and got a Star Guardian I had enough Orange Essence to upgrade it so i upgraded it for 1050 Orange Essence. I had 3359 Orange Essence and now i have 2309 so it took away 1050 Orange Essence but I don't have the skin. It's even in the Purchase History but the I can't pick the skin in champion select, in the collection if I go to and her skins it says that I don't have the skin and in the store it's still an option to buy the skin for 1350 RP but it should say that I own that skin.

Does anyone have the same problem with Skin Shards? I see a lot of people with similar problems but with champion purchases Any help or idea on what i should do?
