ive been having problems with client like nothing loads and slow when it does , for the ping thing ive been having a high ping for 2 weeks or so sometimes its goes to normal but after a simple restart or a shut down its goes back high tried multiple solutions but useless , any1 else having those problems ? help for gods sake :(
I have the same problem, the "ms" rose a lot

Same. As of last patch I have +7 ping.
well i normally play on a 74 ping its been up to 150 sometimes 180 :D
Hope Riot fixes their horrible client and servers. This has been a constant issue since the update. My ping used to be 28 max. Now it's 70-80. I can't tell you how horrible it feels to play with such a high ping. Everything feels so very slow. Orb walking is next to impossible. Last hitting is now a guessing game. Abilities like Qiyana's E Q Ult W Q combo is so absurdly slow I've had to resort to input buffering the ult with flash just to make the play. Not to mention I'll straight up DC occasionally during the game. The DC's are random and I've had no issues with any other games where my connection is flawless. This is a Riot specific issue and they really need to fix it soon. The state of the game is already so bad I'm about to quit, but if they can't get something as simple as server maintenance and a proper Client then it's just not worth the headache.
