[CRASH] Problem with ping

Ok, so today I almost left LoL because of this freaking bugg. After the champ selection in a ranked, the game crashed ,which rarely happens to me, so I closed LoL and reopened and then I entered after 2 minutes (people already saying report him) and I couldn't move, my ping kept changing from 80 to 1000 I couldn't do anything, I closed and reopened again only this time it happened in loading screen, the ping kept going up and down, untill the third time I entered and it was already too late to catch back on the game, And I got 20 minutes sanction from leaverbuster which sucks camels dicks really (sorry for language), I don't mind getting sanctioned for leaving but when it's not my fault I had to rage.
