Can't Play Games On Summoners Rift

As of lately I have been unable to play games on Summoners Rift on the Pbe. The game says that I don't have enough champions to play. I'm unable to unlock the champions and don't receive any kind of currency for completing nexus blitz matches. This has only occurred after this weeks the weekly update.

Well i had the same issue, but once I played and won a match of Nexus Blitz, i got about 50BE that i used to buy my first 15 champs.... as well as skins to match....
