Won promo to silver, nothing happend.

Hi, i won my promo to Silver last night. When the game ended and we went to the aftermath, the stats screen, it's just said it was verifying files or something of the kind. I thought, alright il just wait it out, come back the next day and nothing has changed. The game DOES show up im my match history, but im still in promos if i look at my league. It's as if it didnt register the win at all. Pls help me with this
